HOUSE BILL NO. 354 "An Act relating to eligibility for loans from                                                               
the Alaska capstone avionics revolving loan fund" was read the second

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
